Government White Papers

We have written white papers for clients at all levels of government–federal, state and local. A number of them were problem/solution white papers used as input for policy making decisions–e.g., a rule change for the FRA. An Educational White Paper

This white paper was developed to enable management to decide how to implement a company-wide program for creating effective standard operating procedures.  They knew they were about to lose a large part of the workforce and a large part of their knowledge with them.  Scenario analysis made their options clear. 

They decided that their best course of action was to create knowledge transfer standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

We created the framework for this program and company-specific formats.  We wrote the SOPs, which included a means for continuous improvement updates and employee progress.
